 Our next YOGA, WALKING AND LAUGHTER WEEKEND RETREAT FOR WOMEN is being held on  Friday 4th -Monday 7th October 2019

-Friday - arrive after 2pm - yogic stretch followed by a relaxed evening with dinner and introductions.

-Saturday - morning yoga followed by breakfast, walk , pub lunch, dinner in the chalet, chill out and fun evening.

-Sunday -morning yoga followed by breakfast, walk, light lunch. Time for another walk, or craft afternoon or massage before home leaving chilled and energised.

We have shared home made catering for all vegetarian meals which we do ourselves except  for our Saturday pub lunch.


We will be staying in a quiet location near Bere Regis and Wareham in the heart of the countryside.  Our accommodation is a  luxury 5 star Scandinavian Log Home.It will accommodate 6 Yoga students and has a sauna, 3 ensuite bedrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge.

This is a 2 hour workshop  of fun and playfulness.

You will discover how to access laughter and happiness easily using simple techniques. This will be useful both personally and in areas of work.

We will explore how to be mindful of ourselves and our actions and why this is helpful.

Whatever our situation is we will look at how we can transform our body chemistry to be happier naturally. Our laughter and happiness can be with us in times of ease and we will learn how to access it in times of need.

We will prove this scientific fact

A  6 week course that teaches you different ways of relaxing that you can use whenever you need to. This is separate from Yoga and we sit down for this in chairs!

Chair Yoga.   

If you cannot easily get up and down from the floor and want to experience Yoga then this may be for you. In a class or 1-1 I adapt postures to suit you the individual so that Yoga is always accessible. I will be sharing Chair Yoga on Wednesday 7th January at 7.30pm. Please join me and experience gentle movement and Yoga breathing.  It is then on Youtube forever!

Firewalk - BCHA Charity Firewalk.  Gill  walked over hot coals on APRIL 11th 2013 at Highcliff Marriott Hotel Bournemouth to raise money for this amazing charity who help vulnerable people who may be facing life on the street or in a circle of issues that they want help to break out of.  As a group of 38 we raised over £8,000.  Many thanks
